The National Parliament of Solomon Islands invites interested eligible Contractors to submit tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Uniforms for the staffs of National Parliament of Solomon Islands.
This tender is open to both Local and Overseas suppliers. Full details of the service is described in the tender document. Inspection of the Bidding Documents can be done at the address below from 9:00am-4:30pm week days.
A complete set of tender documents in English can be obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SBD 100.00. Payment can be made in cash at the MOFT cashier or via online transfer to the Solomon Islands Government account. Bank details for online payment can be requested through the email address provided above. The payment receipt must be presented at the address above before collecting the tender documents.
Eligibility criteria:
Tender prices shall be in SBD or in other foreign currencies. All prices will be converted during the tender opening.
Tenders, comprising the documents identified in the Instruction to Tenderers (ITT), and following the requirements of the ITT, must be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 pm, Monday 18th August, 2025.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 working days after the deadline of Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
