On behalf of the governments of Australia and Solomon Islands, the Ministry of Infrastructure Development, invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified, multi-disciplinary consultants to act as Lead Consultant for the Prime Minister’s Official Residence Project.
The Project will deliver an enduring, nationally significant official residence, reflecting Solomon Islands’ sovereignty, cultural identity and resilience, and which supports effective governance and diplomatic engagement.
The Lead Consultant will provide all professional services under a single contract, including architectural and engineering design, specialist advisory services, cost management, approvals, stakeholder engagement, and construction phase support.

The Ministry of Infrastructure Development is responsible for implementation of the Project, with technical assistance being provided by the Solomon Islands Infrastructure Program (SIIP), including management of this procurement process.
